Fun fact! Hoshi’s stylists HATED him during Clap era because during the kick in the first verse, he would kick his leg so high that he CONSTANTLY ripped his pants. His kicks were basically parallel with his torso so king of high kicks but also PLEASE CALM DOWN HOSHI!! Another fun fact: The part of the choreography where Vernon was doing his solo part during the last chorus, whenever they performed Clap live, Vernon could freestyle literally anything during that part of the choreography and Seventeen had to copy it. Things Vernon did includes but is not limited to: -Thot Dropping -Shoot Dancing -Hugging another member -Hitting the woah -Throwing something in the air and losing it -Doing little squat hops

vernon's part always changes in the presentation, he do some random movements and the other members just following what vernon's do in the moment, is really funny when he does twerk or someting like that and the others members just follows him

if you didnt notice, this whole concept is like a tribute to them self-producing everything, the concept of the mv was they work as employees of SVT (Specialized Videotape Technology) and as you can see the scenes were like a set of a movie and a producing company. you’ll see the members being tiny creatures that are working. it kind of shows how they are in control of everything they produce !! this has a lot of references and im not good at listing them but yeah it’s all over the music video !! ♥️ hope you will see and appreciate those details too, this was such a fun concept back then for carats 🔥 and the buildup of this from change up -> trauma -> lilli yabbay -> pinwheel was the best !!

I was waiting for the random stuff to happen at the beginning of the dance practice where they're just fooling around and I was shook when the song began playing immediately haha Also when you were talking about them being super flexible, I remembered the moments when Hoshi almost goes into a split at the beginning of the first chorus and ripped his pants because of how high he kicked in performances lol.

Hoshi is the Main Dancer as well as the Performance Team Leader, Woozi is the Vocal Team Leader while S.Coups is the Hiphop Team Leader and the General Leader of Seventeen. As for the proper use of the number of members, during their debut Adore U, they changed their choreo nearly every week for the beginning and ending parts. You'll have fun watching it I swear!!!

One of my favorite dances of SVT! Every stage performance of Clap is just too charistmatic. And my horangdan heart has been full for the past reaction vids of yours Jeff...seeing that you already recognized the difference in Hoshi's moves~~ Of course each SVT member are great dancers, just that hehe I'm kind of want Hoshi to receive some appreciation when it comes to dance and choreo stuff.

the thing about jeff's reaction videos is it's full of genuine appreciation, random dance trivias, explanations, and basically just a wholesome reaction vid, never half-as$ed, not a self-promotion disguised as RV which i've seen with some content creators, not saying it's bad but y'know, it just doesn't sit right with some of the fans sometimes. And yeah Hoshi is that powerful every time he does that centre part on the first reff lol (He LOVES to flex there lol, if you watch his CLAP focus fancam in SVT concerts, he usually does that part very extra aggressive and does the kick extra high--very satisfying) and yes Hoshi is the main dancer! I recommend the CLAP perf here. Even though it's not a focus-fancam, imo it's such a beautiful concert intro. *fun fact:* *the Clap MV actually contains a lot of inside jokes and meanings, like literally almost ever second of the video has a corresponding meaning. it was basically a collection of all the MVs they've released prior to Clap, it also emphasised in the MV the fact that they are a self-producing group as well as how hard is it to produce your own music and create your own group choreo* there was a part on the MV where the vocal unit were presenting their unit songs (they composer) to Hoshi (portraying the role of the CEO) and he mercilessly rejected them while he willingly accepted the songs presented by the perfomance unit (his unit) lmaooo this is just one of the many inside jokes there

I don't know if anyone already said this in the comments, but the fact that the Vernon part at the end of the song is really cool because the members will follow the movements that Vernon does. You have to see all the seventeen live stage when they sing this song.
