I actually really liked the high notes (or lack of them) here, Jongho doesn't need to go off in every single song - and I feel like it would have been a bit out of place in a track like this. I loved how Jongho still delivered through his ad libs!

I know some people preferred Eternal Sunshine but Yunho DESERVED Deja Vu.

I am kinda happy that Jongho didn't do a full high note as we have seen that in the bridge of every ATEEZ song. This suited more with the song but he still did the ad libs which was good. He doesn't need to pop off in every song.

Yunho really owns the performance with his hip part. That man is dangerous.

I felt the same about the high notes, but when I saw the live stage everything makes sense and I understand why they left the song on a more subtle side in terms of high notes, on the performance the voices are better heard after the bridge than the album , the notes are buried in the sound of the song.

Everyone is wrecking me in this comeback, oh my god!!! When I heard the previews, at first I was team Eternal Sunshine because I liked the whole summer vibes and kinda cute, and didn't really like Deja Vu, but now I guess both are winners for me (such a libra)

I really like that they changed their style like the song is not all in your face, jongho is not doing many high notes, the raps are soft and the choreo is on the subtle sexy side. Nothing wrong with their previous songs I just like when groups try new things. this is a bop !!!

Thank you so much for your reaction Jeff!!❤️ I was just thinking that another really cool detail about this choreography is that it incorporates the concept of “deja vu” so subtly! I might be overanalyzing but I’m pretty sure I saw some signature moves from previous Ateez choreographies like Seonghwa’s contemporary-esque stretch towards the sky from Inception, San’s pops from Hala Hala, Wooyoung’s side to side leg move from when he’s the center in Fireworks (sorry for these terrible descriptions, I’m not a dancer😅) and I’m sure I missed a lot more! And obviously all of this is embedded among some amazing, new killing points:) I hope everyone’s enjoying this comeback!!✨

I was with you on first hearing. It's grown on me since watching reactions and hearing the song more often. The visuals, however, were never in question. The whole styling concept is yummy from start to finish, and Mingi's rap reminded me why he's my bias. I can't wait to see the dance practice, and see more performance shows. I'm so excited to see their dance practice!!

The rap part might be soft, chill, and not powerful as what they always do, but it’s so ffasstt. I was making a lyrics video of it and I struggle to matches the lyrics with the audio. They really killed it. Also, I liked that Seonghwa and San vocals stood more this comeback because most of people see this as only dancers but now everyone will notice that they are the best two vocalist after their main vocalist Jongho. I’m so happy that Yunho, Wooyoung, and Yeosang showed us their unique vocals more. People always talk about how yeosang has more lines now but the other two also sang in this song more that any if their titles or at least stood out alot with their lines. This an OT8 era with their 8 album.

i actually really like how jongho holds that note in the bridge without going higher, and then does those crazy ad libs in the last chorus because that way it builds suspense without releasing it too early. it makes you want to listen to the song until the very end
