I am an actor and content creator with Hollywood credits including roles on Lucifer (Netflix), Starlight Christmas (Hallmark), JT Leroy (Universal Studios), etc. In this channel, I offer insight to Kpop performances using my 10+ years of training in dance, acting, singing and overall performance. In dance, my forte are contemporary and musicals and have done most of my performances in theatre. Although my channel is mostly known for dance analysis, I am currently inactive in the dance community.

Yeah but chungha was confirmed to have COVID so her company put the promos and videos on hold until she is better. Sana had been really close with her lately so her, the rest of twice and all the staff are isolating. So yeah for those who don’t know that’s why there are no comeback stages or anything.

The one choreographed this is Love Ran, one of the choreographers of Stay Tonight. Most of the dancers were also in Stay Tonight except Beautia (the tall one with long hair. I think it is their first time working with Chungha).

chunghas lines are so beautiful and precise, while also appearing graceful and soft at the same time. based on her waacking background, it's no wonder that all her usage of the arms to create lines and images is so well executed and very thoroughly thought out.

It's not even been a year and this queen did everything. From Voguing to Latin and now this. She's given us Bad Boy, Everybody Has. I've never seen any kpop artists show this much versatility both vocally and dancing in just one year. Nd now I know she's THE QUEEN CHUNGHA for a reason

I am all for the styling in this performance video. I love how simple it was at the beginning with the tight-fitting black outfit at the beginning, and then became more extravagant as the chorus came. The suit + hat outfits gave me Michael/Janet Jackson vibes hehe I also really love the pink suit outfit because it looks like the top is actually some type of corset/lace almost lingerie-like piece. I noticed people wearing those as tops as statement pieces more often now and I think it's a great idea.

I so agree with you. She is gorgeous and extremely sophisticated. She dances with so much ease that it seems effortless. Her music is awesome too. And she has one fab song after another which is great consistency from her. Love your reviews on these performers. Keep it going.

I've been a sort of casual fan of hers, but I'm really starting to really love her work. She's such an impressive artist. Everything she does is surprising, but not like super in your face, like what is sort of trending in kpop at the moment (not that that's bad either). Her music/performance is really an art.

Chung Ha really amazes me, i loved all of her releases this year. I'll definitly look out for when her album comes out, i can't wait! Also if you haven't already maybe check out the new videos from A.C.E on Mdromeda, they uploaded a rock version of goblin and a twice complilation which freakin blew me away, i think you'd love them

I’m assuming the choreographer is Choi Rian of La Chica since she’s been working with her since Love U era. Choi Rian is also the choreographer of Dessert by Hyoyeon and Helicopter by CLC!

The fact that the mans were dancing like Chungha, in a feminine way, it makes me proud. Like yaaaasss lets not separate the genders, and make a kinda gender-fluid music video. I JUST LOVE THEM. Its just perfection. Like even tho they were a dancing a more feminine choreo, they were still masculine and slaying the dance as it is. Im really proud.

I am super late to the party on commenting, but I interpreted the choreography and costuming as a play on empowerment. The song is quite overtly sexual (which we don't often see in K Pop) and the lyrics are very much about the woman making the decision to take the man home. I think the suits and the choreography play at this by suggesting power and agency.
