They revealed their dancing background there. - YU learned breakdancing for 9 years - HARU done popping for 3 years - TOMOYA done popping, locking, house dance (since 4 years old?) - KEN just learned basic dancing for a year (but already very good 😮)

I'll say nexz is the strongest dance based group in jype rn next to itzy. all of them are dance majors and audition for dance position so its no wonder how great they are even though half of them can't even dance at first. theyre made of 4 jype trainees and 3 normal contestants who has no professional training before. you should watch the show, its a lotta fun

- The name is pronounced Next(G) cause that's how you pronounce a /zedd/ sound in Japanese. It stands for Next Generation as JYP wants this to be the boygroup to lead the company into the next generation. - 18:40 that's actually a different guy, Haru. The one who's spin you liked in the 1st video is Yu, the oldest and a b-boy/breakdancer. He's the same one spinning and the 3rd one shown at the beginning of that video. He was weak at dancing when he first auditioned for the show and JYP was not impressed. Because of his bboy background he had no straight or clean lines among other issues. Haru even teased him jokingly about that first audition lol which is okay now since he's so much better but yeah these boys have Growth. So by not seeing the show it looks like they held back their potential and that the Miracle choreo was really easy for them and I'm proud you think that because they were seriously not like this, this is just how scary fast they're growing and able to learn. Some of them like Ken had absolutely no dance training or experience and was really bad at dancing. The fact that a stranger to them can't tell him a part now next to say Tomoya who's been dancing for 14 years is amazing and makes me so happy. It's not the luck of the draw I promise It's JYP honestly having a good eye for diamonds in the rough and potential, a really really good training system and guys that know how to take and apply correction effectively and work with serious effort. Also the song Miracle was for the final stage they had to perform in front of 3racha and JYP to decide who to debut and 3racha's reaction to the song and performance went viral lol Chan complimented JYP on how good it was and I do agree. JYP actually wrote and produced the song and he did it to fit their vocal ranges at the time which were those of boys, many of whom weren't even trainees and still learning a bunch of other things, just trying to compete for debut. So it's like pretty simple but the beat and the drums slap and it's also made for performance. The fact that they each already have a distinct vocal tone and color from each other and don't just sound like the same voice back to back or for the rapping like somebody else's voice in the industry is already making them stand out from many new boy groups rn. The development of their vocals since the end of the show hasn't been heard yet even by those of us following them which is exciting honestly, cause it's definitely going to get even better. Yu, Haru and Tomoya are amazing just watch their survival show. They did synchronized break dance stances. Nicholas in &TEAM Has a background of b-boy, I haven’t seen him do those spins but he did some turns in Dropkick MV.

I was surprised at the “jumping up front the floor” move too, but behind the scenes you get to learn that 3 of them actually didn’t know how to and just practiced until they could 😂

Jeff, you were impressed because of the movement of them standing up flying from the floor... I just watched the video of the preparation of this choreo, and the most impresive thing is that two of them couldn't do it the first day they begin learning this dance routine. And they only had four more days to make it happen. And they dit it!!!!!!!!! You also talk about all of them being great and natural dancers. And it is incredible that Ken only started learning dancing for the Nizi Proyect 2 (only one year ago). They are really talented!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ah, and I've seen Seventeen's Minghao (The 8) doing breakdancing (and he's awesome).

This song is from the survivor show that did. It was a test song all the remaining contestants did to get in the group. Stray Kids was on the final two episodes to judge as well.

I think its time for you to react to their survival show, it's a little different concept compared to the classic kpop produce shows. Everything are released on JYPE RU-vid channel & no copyrights ;)

Great reaction and analysis. I came across their Drop video last week and was stunned, so I'm glad that you reacted to it. I hadn't watched the Miracle performance video before, but like you, I don't feel like they stood out as much in that one. I'll definitely keep an eye on them to see how their sound and performances turn out going forward, and if they show up on your channel again I'll definitely watch your reactions!

I think the Miracle video would have impressed them more if you saw it first, tbh. That's the order I saw it in and they both impressed me. There's a move that they do at the top of the chorus that is so impressive, but the way it's shot in the music video, it's hard to catch it.

Miracle was actually the final mission from the survival show, at the time I don't think they were able to dance like they can now so that's probably why Miracle choreo is a lot easier

When they debut they’ll be the best 5th gen dancing group. Haru def main dancer. No arguments here.

How I know almost all of them pro dancers. Haru is popping. Yu is break dancer. And others just have been dancing for some time

the thing is these guys are young, one of the boys voice just changed like last year... lol... This is the reason why JYP wants them to be young so they can train. Also NEX-Z, is a spin of NEXT-Generation. So JYP's vision for them is to carry on Kpop into the next generation.

The one you said was a visual is Haru. The one who keeps catching your eye is Seita, and the one did the flare is Yu. He was the one where they did the close up of his eye as he was doing the ok sign with his fingers.

I hear you say some a dancers are fluid, others are free, others versatile, others sharp. I understand some of these terms but others I can't.. Help me and others understand. Or just do the list 😂. I love your critic and pov about dancing. It will be amazing for us with no any dancing backgrounds to understand...

Most of them are Dance Champion before join the audition or become a trainees in JYP. that's why it's given. Except seita, yuhi and ken
