That little “step push” (“boom”) before the kick (this is so random haha) is used a LOOOOOOT in our dance fitness routines. It’s just a simple core strengthening weight shift that uses your own body as the “resistance” (combines the cardio & strength training in one) & that "stop point" is why it works. In Korean age I’d be 50 now & one of the most fascinating side effects of becoming an instructor was the sudden appearance of abs I never even saw when I was 20 lol 😂 And yes I know precisely what you mean...not just the knees (yes I've seen knee pads in practice videos...BIG hockey pads like the ones floor tilers use) but I even need butt pads nowadays. In some floor work your butt's the ONLY thing on the floor & of all the weird tricks to have to learn was steadying on that “sit bone” so it doesn’t keep rolling side to side haha 😆

actually this is incorrect, the last two comebacks have had other choreographers, for To be or not to be, it was Born Black choreography and for this comeback it was a co[laboration between 1Million Studio and Born Black choreography. Woong did try to create choreo but it wasn't as god as he'd like. They do of course add their own flair, and previous comebacks have definitely had HUGE input from Woong mostly and the other members and the in house RBW choreographer.
@@violetwolf2426 ok, my mistake. It was the dance break that Woong set up the choreograghphy and their choreograghpher adjust it as it is now. But it is true that Woong is the choreographer of the group tho, i'm not saying he choreographed all of their comebacks

Thank you for your insight. For someone who is not a dancer, it is difficult for me to appreciate let alone understand how difficult it is to execute these dance moves. I wish more reaction videos was as educational and interesting as this.
not sure if you realised, but the start of no diggity is actually from the ending poses of to be or not to be^^ also the pink hair is hwanwoong, the main dancer!! he’s also ranked 1st in sopa (school of performing arts...the art school where a lot of idols go to)when he was a student there in the practical dance department and basically everyone knows about him and his skills :)) and the footwork there also reminds me of lit dancebreak which you should definitely check out (both normal and rtk vers!) and you mentioning backflip during seoho’s part is interesting bc he does a lot of the stunts in their choreographies so it might actually possible for them to decide to change up the choreography if they ever want to when they are not singing
This song and choreo's energy gives me Seventeen's "HIT" vibes! It's impressive how hype it is, but still has dynamics within it's hypeness. I think you'd find older songs of theirs interesting as well, since they have great diversity while keeping common elements that make their sound consistent.

Also if you really like super in sync chores I’d def check out Oneus Twilight dance practice. I know you saw a bit of it in RTK but you might not have seen the whole choreo. Plus the DP def shows off the synchrosity (is that a word LOL?) more!

I’m new to Oneus and I love this choreo. Also this reaction is everything, Jeff is so shook i love it 😂 At one point Jeff says that there’re many moves he’s never seen before, actually I noticed many moves that are somehow similar to stray kids thunderous ? idk if that just me ? Maybe jyp choreographers got inspired by this Its a simple observation and my opinion so don’t attack me : I love both songs and kpop choero inspire others all the time Anyway No Diggity is my farourite Oneus choreo so far, they’re all amazing, can’t wait for their new CB !!
