Good laboratory practice is to add the plasma first in the reverse then the red cell A1 and B cells. I was disappointed that the technique was not used.
No, the suspension is simply a mixture of a drop of blood and saline to use to add to the anti a, b, d reagents. The reason it is made is to dilute the blood for optimal detection of antigens/antibodies. Centrifugation would contradict the suspension.
I was excited to see your video but stopped watching the moment you said the reverse type looks for antigens in the plasma as it looks for antibodies. I can't confuse my students by showing them this.
