YES! I love this series! Princess By Kilian is still being sold here in the States, and the way you initially felt about it is how I felt when I sprayed myself at Sephora once, however I could never get around to enjoying it LOL but my sister got a whiff of me once while wearing it and she was head-over-heels for it! Crazy how we perceive fragrances so differently.

As for the MAC ones, while I agree with you that the performance of Crème D’Nude is not great, I would still choose it over Velvet Teddy. I just didn’t care for Velvet Teddy for some reason. Nice nails by the way 😉
I’m super sad that Princess is being discontinued. They only have the travel size at Sephora 😭 I only bought the travel size the last time I was at the store but I’m obsessed with it. Gotta go on the hunt for one! I haven’t tried Love, Don’t be Shy but I’m definitely interested. As for the other fragrances, I love Nomade and Hypnotic Poison the most. I haven’t tried the Kayali though.
Great video, I love Princess too and have the Rose De Mai version as well its very very nice. Love is gorgeous but yea do need to be in the mood for it 🙂
Love this! I too just bought Lveb Intentsmt smelled it in store and fell in love! So vanilliaish! I also have Lveb Eclait and was thinking it was my fav before I smelled the newest one. Was thinking Eclait more for Spring and Summer and Intsmt for Fall and winter.
i will be finally trying and sniffing some Kilians by January. Only when the holiday buzz is over...my only and fave LVEB in a one on one?? 😳 i would not know what to choose.. hahaha..
I agree with you on princess. You described it very well. We were talking after you got the travel spray and said that you weren't impressed. I said the same thing. A Sephora SA sprayed it on a paper for me and it didn't wow me. But I ended up buy it 3 weeks ago and on the skin is very beautiful, I love it. And the performance is not that bad. I'm glad I bought it. And also I like the bottle, I thought it would be cheaper quality but it's heavy and pretty cool bottle.

Hypnotic poison was also my signature scent when I was 20. Yeah I was that girl 🖤 but same as you it reminds me of places and people. This is the second perfume that does that to me.
I love Kilian love dont be shy better then Princess just bc I love that super sweet bubbelgum scent . Princess is good but for me its a kinda meeh fragrance, it smells just like any other gourmand. Good we all have diffrent taste. I like kayali citrus better then chloe nomade, chloe for me smells like a dark,Woody forest. Those dior i dont like at all they smell like playdoh for me 🤥
I started reloving la vie est belle recently. And i love IT so much that i have the eclat coming soon also to my Collection. I was also tempted to have the intensement. But me Too i do not like raspberry in perfumes so i was not sure but i will have to go Back and smell it before i blind buy. These days it is not possible anymore cause we are in a shutdown At least till 10 of january😒 But i do not wanna blind buy it.
I have velvet teddy lip stick and I absolutely love it. I never knew MAC also has their fragrance line and I don’t think it’s available in Australia :(
Okay please please get your hands on XERJOFF GOLDEN DALLAH. It’s a beautiful lightly spiced nutty chocolate coffee fragrance. It has notes of exotic spices, coffee, incense, amber, cocoa, hazelnut and Tonka bean!!!
I was in Mac last week and sprayed both only on Kleenex I couldn’t stand the Velvet teddy it must have been the honey. On the other hand I adored the creme de nude. I’ve been wanting to go back and buy it. Sad to hear you say the performance is weak.
Got velvet teddy after watching RU-vid videos of people raving about it hated it felt like throwing up it smelled like cigarettes, creme de nude smelled like a hospital and it has a weak performance my favourites are candy yum yum and Mac turquatic
i remember seeing a comment about intensement and which you prefer between that and eclat and you said eclat. were you referring to the intense? this was before you had a bottle of intensement so that’s why i’m not sure haha! and loveeee hypnotic poison
i don’t find the intensement to smell like the original (i don’t like la vie est belle at all) where as the eclat smelled just like if la vie est belle with orange blossom added, which makes sense cause that’s what it is after all
what are your thoughts on House of Oud~ keep glazed ( it’s a sweet sour fruity fragrance) dates delight ( inky sweet honeyed dates, extremely opulent) and golden powder (warm cinnamon sweet ambery vanilla)
To me, la vie est belle intensement is the farthest from the original (besides la vie est belle legere). The l'eclat smells more similar to the original to my nose.
hypnotic poison edp is completely different than the edt-- its deep dark jasmine licorice bitter almond-- not like the more popular edt at all. don't be fooled by the edt label-- they may as well just be dif flankers!
yes I would agree I've smelled the EDP and you're right about that. I just love a super bold perfume and I feel like this one the EDT has been reformulated, it's nowhere near as strong as it used to be. :/. It's so sad when they do that.
No, it is sweet but I can think of others that are sweeter like decadence, la Belle, love by Kilian, roses vanille, etc. The intensement I think is equally vanilla and raspberry with a mix of all the other lovely notes. It’s like a 7/10 for sweetness though I’d say
