They blatantly refuse the meaning stalking. It is not an incident, accident but a frequency that can take place anytime anywhere.

Feel like crying after hearing her story...this could happen with anyone. She didnt do anything wrong..and that culprit case is still pending in court even after he accepted the crime...that gaurd is not even rich to bribe law monitors then why his case is pending..I pray he must be punished asap and she must get avenged...

I know there's a law and order for punishments.. but why can't we punish the criminal at the earliest.. it happened in 2016 and it's 2021 now and it's still waiting for the hearing from High Court...then it will go to Supreme Court and so on🤦
The issue is those idiots who are defending the culprit. Even nirbhaya's culprit got an advocate to defend them. What can be said, judicial system hai hi aisa.
It's called law. The law won't punish anyone without full confirmation. imagine punishing someone who is not really responsible. That's why the process is slow only to make sure innocent is not being punished.

@Aakash Verma ... That's incomplete justice. They will have to prove everything in court. Any pleading statements signed with the police department is not valid in court. The accused has to accept it again in court. But yeah cctv video evidence is strong in this case. Is the case still pending?
