Vanilla Absolu is one of my favourite perfume ever! When I got the Kenzo Flower L'Elixir, which has vanilla absolu note, it immediately reminded me of Montale Vanille Absolu but with rose as well, and I absolutely loveed it, but then the Kenzo started to smell extremly like plastic doll or even like nail polish, which was so disappointing 😭😭. I am so happy I don't get the plastic smell in Montale as it's the most comforting vanilla perfume I have ever tried ❤. Btw, as it doesn't have a cup, it works amazing as a room diffuser if u keep it next to a door 🤗🥰. Can't wait to try Chocolate greedy now, thanks Gabby ❤
I love your reviews Gabby!! I really like how you describe vanilla Absolute. I love plastic barbie smell. Mukhallat from montale is synthetic strawberries & plastic. I think you'd like it❤

Montale sells sample sets and 3x20ml sets. I live in Helsinki and ordered straight from Montale. Some extra shipping costs but worked out great. My first reaction to roses musk was negative but I've become addicted to it now and have to get a full size bottle. Trying intense rose musk which I like but doesn't seem to last as long as roses musk.I notice many of their scents take a bit to get used to. In love with roses musk now. Also got 3x20ml of oudmazing and arabian tonka which I like - still trying them.

Wow really ? Miss Dior Cherie but the EDT version was my signature scent I was so sad when it got discontinued so I am going to try this one . Saw it on fragrance x for $80 on 100ml bottle .
I love the pure gold and soleil de capri. But I want intense cherry, mukhallat, amber and spices, maybe wild pears and sweet flowers ( only of it doesn’t smell like la vie este belle)

You should get Mancera Choco Violette. It smell just like Chocolate greedy except with a violet and hazelnut note. Also Mancera Rose & Chocolate. It’s one of my favorites. 🌹 🍫
Dark Purple smells like intense cafe without the coffee. You could probably make intense cafe with dark Purple and chocolate greedy by layering the two. Sensual Instinct is interesting. Opens really weird, but dries to a nice oakmoss roasted coffee.

I love Montale! I have 🤍Mukhallat🤍 Sweet Vanilla and Chocolate Greedy. I love Arabians Tonka, but I can’t find it anywhere, so I started layering Chocolate Greedy with Elizabeth and James Nirvana Bourbon and OMG!!! Dupe city!!!!!!! The ones I own are perfect to layer with, so I think I made good choices.
I have the original miss Dior cherie from like 11 years ago. I always thought it smelled like cat pee :p I think I've only kept it because the bottle is so cute.
I have Roses Elixir, it was an impulse buy. I had already Gucci Guilty absolute on my arm and many other scents in my nose. Was my first Montale. Honestly, I can wear it only in colder weather. For me the "green" (or something I can't describe) note is too strong. I like it in the air, but it bothers me on my skin. Just the next day it leaves some beautiful rest scent on my skin and hair. But the way till this point is too "meh", how you would expess it .

@@mansikapoor3906 Angel Muse is abstract gourmand and Chocokate Greedy is realistic gourmand (in my opinion like Oreo chocolate chips, it is a dry chocolate of a cookie cause of vanilla. But I agree it changes in it self).
Choco musk smells slightly more complex (smells like bay leaf and bourbon vanilla?), and Chocolate Greedy smells like chocolate cereal that's rich and smooth. Chocolate Greedy stays strong and full on my skin for hours, Choco Musk stays closer to the skin, and I need to reapply after a few hours :)
love your love for perfume. am also discovering my passion for perfumes and I sometimes feel guilty ridiculous etc and you help me live what I love meaning mypassion,and accept it. Love your make-up too . you should do a make-up fail for us. and would live to see you spray perfume on you because you said you spray 20 to 25 sprays🤣💖 are you serious??? show me and I want to do the same. am very serious. Just an idea for your thumbnail. You could pretend to be applying fragrance and smile like there is no camera there. That would appear like a candid applying perfume shot. Just an idea. Try if you like.
