lol I agree with your comment, but three years ago my husband bought me a bottle for our anniversary. That’s the only time I wear it. I did put a nice dent in the juice though. 😆
I so agree with you about Musc Noir Rose. It reminds me of someone who layered too many scented products together( scented hairspray, scented powder and perfume).
I totally agree with you about original Chloe Nomade EDP being better than the Absolu version. The original Chloe Nomade is so beautiful. To me, the original smells like an uplifting woody grapefruit scent. The original is fruity, zesty, and sophisticated. The Absolu version is unique for a designer perfume, but it isn’t nearly as appealing and pleasant to me in comparison to the original.
Thank you for this video, I hate expensive niches that don’t last, and I’ve heard a lot of bad things about Byredo and their poor longevity, I will be avoiding that brand. My preference is for fresh scents as I live in a hot climate, and those tend to not last long. The last worthy niche I bought was Valaya, and it literally lasts a WEEK on my clothes and I can smell it whenever I just walk past my laundry basket for days. It’s the most long lasting ‘freshie’ I’ve ever owned, perfect sillage, and worth every single penny. Oh I do love Narciso Rodriguez Pure Musc, it’s in my top 10 favorites of all time, and I have the largest 150ml bottle, it’s abit boring on it’s own but it’s amazing for layering! So many compliments on that one.

Hi Mila thankyou for being real. I was so curious about Musc Noir Rose because it was being plugged by another RU-vidr and she had me convinced it was superb! There needs to be a perfume library where you can borrow them, and then return them. ❤
Totally agree about Musc Noir Rose, I got a sample because it's so over-hyped and it was below average/nothing special! I would be interested to see what you think of Prada Paradoxe Intense, it smells a bit weird on my skin but I love it!
I loved this video. It's interesting hearing your commentary and the way you articulate the issue with the fragrance. I have several of them featured in this video that I don't like anymore and I didn't know exactly why until you said it.
There are a lot of niche and very expensive perfumes that smell like luxury car fresheners, hotel lounge fresheners, so I would avoid them even if they were inexpensive.

This list I agree with all your dislikes on this list… especially the Parfum De Marley “Oriana” I never purchased a bottle it smelled (to me) like the perfume kids get in their toy makeup box. I absolutely love the opening of Musc Noir Rose, that I wish it were a linear scent. But it also develops really well into this sultry musk vanilla scent on my skin. I have acidic skin so rarely do perfumes develop well on me, so Im happy to add this to my collection. Im honestly surprised you didn't like it since I find that I also like what you mostly do. With all respect, I understand you didnt like it haha and it was very funny that you tried your best to love it. Thank you for giving it a try
I really hate all the Zara fragrances in my collection. Bought a bunch about a year ago, inspired by some YT reviews, but I cant wear them more than 10 min! I cant even wear them to go grocery shopping, I get instant headaches! Funny thing is, a few years ago, when I tried to give away some half empty bottles, nobody wanted the Zara ones. By comparison Yves Rocher was quick to go... I dont know why I keep buying Zara frags 🙄

J'adore Musc noir rose, c'est un des parfums qui me vaut le plus de compliments et on m'arrête pour me demander ce que je porte lorsque je le mets. J'aime beaucoup également le pure musc. Tu sais que tu peux superposer les deux ? C'est fait pour... Peut-être que 2 "absolute no" superposés te donneraint un "absolute yes" ! ;) Bises de Paris ❤

My least favourite fragrance is Unique Luxury Crush on Me. I blind bought it based on reviews and it is a patchouli monster. There's nothing I can blend with it to make me like it.
I fell for the hype and got NR Musc Noir Rose 😖. On me it smelled like granny's perfume, absolutely awful 😭. And regarding the weather.....it's not climate change, it's WEATHER ENGINEERING 👿
Even I do hate perfumes that smell like candles or freshners. Sometimes I like my room to smell like the fragrance but I don’t want to smell like that. Literally it is the exact kind of niche perfumes I avoid. Another perfume I felt was so overhyped was osm by mfk. Smells like any generic inexpensive oud scent you can get in the Middle East. Not the finest oud you can buy for that price point
My Way smells very basic. I get lots of complements because on me it smells very creamy, LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS. It’s a beautiful scent but it smells like so many other perfumes on the market.
