1. The Same Perfume can smell different depending on the person wearing it 2. You have to wait 5-15 min (depending on the quality of the perfume) to reach the heart-note and longer to reach the base note (the smell that lasts longest) and considering that musk (one of the things that will actually have a biological effect on your hormones) is quite a heavy note, you might not find it right away.
Also when trying a scent, and before buying a full size you MUST wear it for almost an entire month (at least through your cycle if still ovulating). A scent can be different throughout hormonal changes and it “might not be the one.” Some high end retail stores have samples available.😉
Quality has nothing to do with the development of the notes. Not all perfumes have a pyramid style note development and the speed of reaching the middle or heart notes will depend on the humidity and temperature the most.
I think it’s the one that works best with your personal body chemistry and see if your personality to a T. It just accentuate your aura and makes it intoxicating in a way nothing else will. Everyone is different. Mine is Woman Intense by Ralph Lauren. Worked for Polo in college and fell in love with the scent and the brand ❤ fantastic company to work for, for anyone wondering

I have worn coco Chanel COCO MADEMOISELLE Eau de Parfum for over 20 years! It’s a banger! You spray one spray a day on your clothing and everyone flocks!
Versace Crystal Noir EDT, YSL Libre & Libre intense, Mugler Alien Goddess, Dior Pure Poison, Narciso Rodrigues Rose Musk Noir, Gucci The Only One intense, Givenchy L’Interdit, Jo Malone Mimosa&Cardamom, Glossier You, and Carolina Herrera Good Girl have all been catnip for men from my experience! Other great scents that aren’t as addicting for men, but still lovely are Marc Jacobs Daisy, BBW Pretty as a Peach, Mugler Alien, Cerrutti 1881, Replica Sailing Day, Armani Ocean di Gioia, Replica Coffee Break, Montale Intense Cafe, and Chloe Eau de Parfum!! If you want an addicting gourmand, try Bianco Latte!

Escentric Molecules Molecule 01 (especially when layered with EM Escentric 01). Although it can smell (very!) different on people, on my skin it's magical. I witnessed women searching through bars and even supermarkets (after I walked by), just in order to find the person who smelled like that. 🤓

A friend of mine wore a certain perfume around the 2007-2008 timeframe that drove me wild. I still have not identified it. I can't be the only one that this has happened to.
I once had a givenchy perfum back in 2004/2005 the juice spilled out mistakenly but i forgot the name of thst scent now its very hard to find that fragrance,i tried alot

Also yes. They do work, and can be utilized as a gimmick as well.
