Thank you for all the information. I have experimented with eating the bulk of my carbs with breakfast or with dinner and my sleep is always much better when my carb load is focused on that last meal. Also, eating low-carb was terrible for my energy, mood and sleep.

well i was critically anemic at 43... low dose pill was a life saver for me with disabling heavy cycles and now i'm on lower dose HRT at 50... wouldn't change a thing!

I’ve developed Plantar Fasciitis and my podiatrist said I won’t be able to walk to walk for exercise the rest of my life. That this is now my new “norm”. I’m still getting the orthotics but I practically had to beg.

I think was a slipofthe tongue but the womens health initiative was NOT in 1991 it ended 2001. Also the women given horse estrogen alone all have had hysterectomies. Also Dr. Mary Claire Haver explains that there are inevitable distribution of body weight with menopause and previous strategies to maintain your weight will not work. Your waistline can thicken even if your weight is unchanged. You need to change strategies. Also, as you said we need need to use multiple strategies. We now have very high maintenance bodies.

Well said 👌🏼 Women need to re-stragetize on several levels mid life 👀 Peri/Meno is a signal it's time to re- strategize, re- optimize to re-harmonize. Change of symphony 😉 Calling it a change of life is an understatement 🤓
