This is only a lesson for me to appreciate a woman in her period. But, whenever I cross a woman in her period, people say it brings setback/limitation, but, it's otherwise for me. Because, I do it with pure ❤️. But, with what I have seen now, I won't try it again

Loool. Drinking juice while on your menstrual period increases the flow and cramps. Even eating too causes more cramps. Most times most ladies looses appetite during menstrual period for the first 2 days. Let's appreciate the women, they do great.

Soooo glad when I stopped having cramps after years of ending up in a fetal position with a hot pad for at least 2-3 days every month. And yes, there were MANY times I had to try to do life as normal while fighting the urge to rip out my uterus. It's no joke!
I can relate. When my Dr. Told me that I was literally going into labor every month I cried. I was 14. Producing Prostaglandin every month, the hormone that induces labor. That God for the invention of ibuprofen, it blocks Prostaglandin. Only thing that ever gives me relief.

The point is even the simulator doesn’t fully contain the pain that some women go through. Some go through it just the first day and that’s it and some the entire days of their period. Some even have pre-period cramps. Women are amazing for real 😊
I have my period for ten to twelve days since I was 8 years old no man will ever no the pain anxiety and stress periods cause women. So that we can. Give you babies and still get no respect for that hard ass job. Love your new songs.

True!!! I never knew this device existed. I wish it was available fifty years ago! Better still, maybe it could be used by the Domestic Violence Association and the Criminal Court System in conjunction. Instead on ankle monitors, strap a "Monthly Period Monitor" around each convicted abuser abdomen & back for a year. Then every three weeks, flip a switch to enact a "period" week. We all know they'd suffer. Mandatory abusers' classes would have to be attended and paid for by them as usual. I think the period belt might help teach more empathy in combination with the classes!

Oh man I can only imagine if he had my cramps. I was recently diagnosed with adenomyosis, I had to get a full hysterectomy due to chronic cramps that were daily. I was ready to die the pain was worse than being in labor. When I gave birth to my son I was saying my period is worse than this. I’m thankful I don’t have to live with this condition anymore.
Tell Lamb its not just cramps, but the red hot river feeling you get when you suddenly stand up after working at your desk.......just add that feeling along with the pain from cramps!!
