Can't remember and don't have the preset anymore. Just experiment with HY-Delay 4 (free plugin) until you get the bounce right.

Just Bias FX with HY-Delay 4 for the delay and a 5150 for the heavy sections

Thanks but I don't think they're great, I'm not great at EQing and cab matching etc! The heavy rhythm parts are just a 5150 boosted with a tube screamer, then the djentier parts in the second half are the Modded Mark IIc+ with the Positivegrid preamp to boost (adjusting the crunch setting on this gives you that over the top attack). For the ambient parts I just used "Mark Holcomb demo clean" on the tonecloud with some tuning to the delay timing etc. Finally for the delayed lead at 5:04 just put a delay before the amp and reverb to get that trippy sound Periphery go for. Also a ducking delay helps massively for the main delay part at the start.

I have one and its all-around a solid guitar

I've got one as well. Replace the nut for a graphite or bone one and the tuners for locking tuners and you've got something better than some high end guitars.

Smoothly finished neck, easy to play.

I also recently got this guitar, it’s fantastic as hell and those pickups are amazing! I would say be prepared to change the nut/tuners because it goes out of tune easily.
