Thank you soooo much Nurse. I’m about one week into doing manual exchanges for my boyfriend. We’re still in training. Next we’ll train on the cycler. It’s going well. I’m almost a pro😂 NOT. But this video will be very helpful to many. 🙏🏾 Bless you.

Wait a month ago? Has your nurse flushed your catheter every week? And changed your dressing every week while looking to see if your site was healed?

I stopped PD dialysis today after a month. The nurse wanted me to be hooked up to the machine 11 hours every day. Two days ago the machine filled me up over 3200 ml and I could not breathe. The machine was suppose to add only 1900 ml inside my body. They also wanted me to do a manual pd in the afternoon. That was too much so I went back to hemo. PD was not for me.
