Great video 📹 lecture. Fantastic job 👏 I just got diagnosed with diverticulosis.. but I am having abdominal distension after eating meals not sure if it is air or gas building up, I usually wake in the morning with an lower abdominal bulge of last night's dinner.. still In Me not sure 😕.
