I dont know why the lakers are hesitant to trade Westbrook + 2 draft picks. Let the Pacers sign Myles Turner for a 2 yr extension for 20 a yr. So that both Myles and Buddy can play for the Lakers until 2024 at minimum. Then Lakers still has the 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2028 first round picks. Once LeBron retires, trade AD for draft picks if you are really concerned with your future. Come to think of it, all of the Lakers 1st round picks for the last how many years now are not francise changing picks. DLo (They miss on Booker), Randle (picked before Zach and Jokic) Ball (picked before Tatum, Mitchell, Bam and Fox). I think they only hit on Ingram but we could also argue that Siakam, Brown or Murray is a little bit better than him.
