In this episode I'm going to review the new Tool belt designed by Perkins Builder Brothers and also what I as a carpenter carry in my tool belt on a day to day basis to do all the tasks I need to do #carpenter #toolbelt
I switched from a 12" combination square and carpenter's pencil to a 7" speed square, 6" combination square and Hultafors pencil same as you after watching your videos. Works great.
Thanks for doing the review. I watch the Perkins brothers also and thought they said they wouldn't ship out of the USA. But clearly they do now. Im really enjoying your videos, Keep it up and have great Christmas.
Hey so where do I find it with the magnet and the ear protection holder all the nes I’ve seen or rather the only two I can find online don’t have it . Could you send me the link of where you purchased thanks
😂she’s always been a bit of a mucky cow that Actress and the less said about the Bishop the better. Merry Christmas and Happy a new Year Billy thanks for the support throughout the year 👍🏻
Hi Thomas and thanks for the comment. Did you know that they have just announced £70 off using the latest code. I got £40 as part of the Thanks Giving deal and I paid £250 inc postage. I held off buying for a while but I’m really glad I took the plunge and the postal process was absolutely painless using the Shop app because they have a contact button in case of any issues. I managed to double order and they sorted that and a refund in two days. Thanks for the comparison with the Perkins crew big shoes to live up to no pressure 😁. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Thomas🎄🎅👍🏻
Good morning Jonathan. The toolbelt is made by Perkins Builder Brothers who are a RU-vid channel. There is channel is definitely worth a look. The only down side is I had to import from America but it’s still cheaper than buying another expensive brand. Have a good weekend 👍🏻
I didn’t know it was and if that’s the case it is a shame yes but there is no doubt in the quality of it and I’m really happy with my purchase. Thanks for the comment 👍🏻
@@mrabuilders6723 I just can't bring myself to spend $300 on a made in China tool belt when I can spend $350-$500 on a made in USA or made in Australia tool belt.
@@miko007 I totally understand what you're saying, I really do. It comes down to principle for me. The profit margin for them is way greater if that tool belt is being made in China vs USA or Australia and I just feel like $300 is way too expensive. Now if it was selling for $75 then I would feel totally different. Also I'm always going to support locally made tools over anything else.
@@Eger118877 i probably comes down to them never ever selling the volume that would be needed to reach that price target. if they would produce it in the us, the thing would cost probably double the price, because of the same reason...
