You must have been there mid week, at weekends the Grimsel and Furka are full of bikes, motor and pedal. At least looked a bit warmer than the beginning of June this year, the lake at the top of the Grimsel was still mostly frozen when I was there. You missed the photo op at the biker sculpture at the top of the Grimsel though.
I have not heard of the biker sculpture, will have to look out for that one next time. We went on Sunday the 30th July it was cool with a few drops of rain in the morning but turned out to be around 26 degrees if memory serves me correctly which was lovely.
@@perkybikers If you lookat the video at 10.38 you can see it on your left. You will get a better view if you check the original 360 video as you can zoom in. Its a very rusty metal scxulpture of a biker.
