So I know this an old video, but I just wanna say thank you for this! I tried the twisting method with the rods on my hair and I hated it. My hair is already thin so it just made it look thinner. Turns out rolling them flat like you did have me better results because of my hair length and texture. So I can’t wait to see what the curls look like when they fall a little but overall, I love it. And your video led the way, so thank you!

I love this look on you, my hair is the exact same length as yours but the back of my hair grows faster than my front so it’s a bit shorter on the top.💛
