hi azeema see in line 12 and 13 we are just checking if our window is completed or not. for this testcase we will not decrement the frequency of character until the size of our window becomes 3.. so just to check the size of window we are using this if block

so when i = 3 it would be s2.charAt(101)-97)=4) so position 4 in the count array (which is e) becomes 0.
