I applied this to my bad ankle and it really helps! Tip however for those of you watching with Ehlers Danlos, if the ankle is also super unstable and wobbly, one can also apply additional support to the tape by wrapping an additional 2 pieces around the other side in the same fashion; as well as 1 piece around the ankle itself for extra stability!
