A simple explanation will help reveal why this will never work: Although there is indeed an imbalance that would cause the wheel to spin, there is also an opposite and equal counter-imbalance that would resist such turning. True, the left side is creating more torque than the right due to the liquid being further away from the fulcrum. However, the liquid at the bottom is also further away than the liquid at the top which is what creates an imbalance force OPPOSITE to the force on the left. Next.....

The original channel that make first video on RU-vid was using tricks..they use button cell battery on it but what exactly surprised me is when i study hard on it..yes its free energy generator.that wheel turning by weight of liquid inside the bottle. I was surprised when i add the amount of water and i make very small force to turn that wheel but in reverse..what a surprise..😊😊😊its not a trick..its PHYSICS meeen😊😊😊....if u look closey if a wheel stop the water on left side bottle was far on the wheel..and the other side was too close on it😊😊..that was called unBALANCE....even if its same weight but its not balance..and its lead the wheel turn on te side heavier 😊😊😊
