-“Text to Show” Perry Homes inventory or model home.
-Realtors welcomed and encouraged.
-Showings in any community available 7 days a week.
-Record professional videos of interested homes with a link.
-Provide Official Buyers Guide for New Homes booklet.
-Breakfast/Lunch provided for you and/or your buyer at any time.
-Email, Phone, & Text response within 5 minutes 7 days a week.
-Chauffer you and/or your buyers from home/office to any Perry Home.
(Must be Pre Approved)
-Provide 5 Star Service at all times.
-Negotiate price with Perry Homes.
-Able to close on home anywhere in or Outside the U.S. .
-Purchase home through digital documents and funds transfer.
