I forgot, there was an outburst this year that put it at 200 meteors an hour.

I saw quite a few last night on your other stream and have seen some on this one. I went outside about 30 minutes ago to check on the sky and was happy to see that there was a big break in the clouds. Saw an awesome long tailed orange one. I will check out your other videos as well! :D

I'm in Jacksonville. Every time there is a celestial event it either rains or is cloudy. I'm greatful to Star Gazing for providing this stream.

Same here, but started a few nights before this year, got lucky, plus managed a few hours here and there on 11-12. stay tuned and thanks

Hey, do you live downtown in a city? I live fairly close to a city and you can see the lights on the clouds when it's cloudy but you can still see fairly dim meteors quite easy. The perseids are the brightest meteor shower of the year so I'd definitely reccommend going out if it's clear this year during the perseids and wait about 45 minutes. If you want, put on a podcast or some music or look at the satellites while you wait, but I almost guarantee you'll see quite a few with your eyes.

I think u might mean north side of Paris judging by Ur beautiful exotic name and the lapin agile seems to be a place (live music bar) in north Paris next to a extraordinary, unique urban vineyard, but seeing as U wrote its about the play picasso, I might have got the place wrong, seeing as plays r usually performed in theatres not bars, but I may be mistaken, I hope Ur visual component of the audio essay goes swimmingly, sounds interesting, I've never heard of that before, which university or college is it, a Paris one and r u french,🤔, I'm from Croydon south London, but live in Yeovil as my dad went to work there when I was 5, at Westland, England's biggest Helicopter factory, as a design engernieer, and he met my mum when driving through Spain to almeria, she was hitch hiking from La coruna where she and my grandparents and ants and other family r from, incase u were wondering,

That's the same meteor that I referred to at 26:28 in my other comment! ... I had the times marked perfectly when I first posted all of them, but now they are off by several seconds. I have no idea what happened!

Thanks Paul, you will most likely end up with a less bright and POP image of stars due to the ISO range being a lot lower, your cam has a higher pixel ratio, so like you probably know, it just can't gather the light needed! that said I have never used that model and would be interested to see what results you get? I'm guessing like myself you use that combination of cam and lens for Astrophotography? Love Astrophotography :0) Keep tuned for future Live meteor shower streams etc.

Thanks for the feedback. If you are interested, I tried a couple of tests, it worked OK at twilight but in total darkness it didn't work too well (1/4 sec)

np, just back home from staring at the sky. Saw some very bright ones... Then damn clound and then sunrise started. Lost some time finding a nice dark spot without streetlight, somewere in fields. But now I know where to go next year.

@@redamaroo this is the weirdest comment argument I've seen in a while, why would this be fake? I used to go and watch meteor showers and this is pretty similar to what we'd see (granted the area the camera is in is darker so more can be seen, almost no light pollution in the video)[is light pollution the right word to describe it? Probably]
