It's like a high performance, 4 door Bentley sedan with a 600 hp engine! Great big machine that goes insanely fast. The technology in it is remarkable.
Good question. As of late, we've sold a few pretty fast, but they can take a little longer than a traditional motoryacht. Mainly due to the fact high-performance luxury yachts is a smaller segment of the market, and a little less popular than slower, larger yachts.
A lot of people are in the same boat (no pun intended). Explore our charter opportunities using the link below 👇 www.denisonyachtsales.com/yachts-for-charter/
That boat is absolutely sick! You would think the price tag would be freakin enormous but it’s actually somewhat reasonable for this floating piece of art!
there's nothing reasonable about it at all! It's an excess of wealth being flaunted. Nearly 8 million us for a yatch that's likely used a few weeks a year at most just doesn't come across as reasonable in anyway. It's amazing, it's beautiful, but not reasonable.
"If I'm curt with you it's because time is a factor. I think fast, I talk fast and I need you guys to act fast if you wanna get out of this. So, pretty please... with sugar on top. Clean the f*&!ing car."
How many miles at 10 knots , how many at 12, At 20, wheres the sweet spot. How many gallons. 2600 x 2600 , 35knots fun. But is that. $800, dollars a mile. My first yacht was over 200 feet, took 35.000 gallons, just to line up 3 tanker trucks to fill her was a pain. Then the only, docks back then where I could dock her state side was in Alabama ship yards with tankers. The view was to dock workers shooting each other, Trucks, horns, any car you parked close was attacked. , anyway, how far, can she go.
If you're wanting to drive constantly at 10 or 12 knots then a 4-engined surface-drive Pershing is the wrong boat to even be looking at. With surface drives you can power along at MUCH higher speeds than the typical cruising speed of 20 knots. Pershings are for _fast_ passage-making, as distinct from cruiser that _can_ go fast.
I am so impressed with the products and sheer talent that goes into whatever mankind can think up. If there’s a will there’s a way and it also helps when wealthy people are willing to pay to make this possible. What an amazing time in history. Can’t wait to see the next generation of toys that will out do this monster 👍🏻
I mainly hear about how fast this boat went, yet I´ve been still holding out hoping it could pull out some distance to actually go boating in and not just coastal lounging. I believe I calculated a theoretical route with a quick motorboat ... yet you would have to travel along the shoreline to get to the other side of the ocean. I guess I´m just hoping they can squeeze out enough distance traveling slow to make a long trip possible. I have even calculated using some of those extra fuel tanks that boats can carry.
@@DenisonYachting yeah I´m hoping they devise something, perhaps utilizing hydrogen (I'm not sure if electric is quit up there yet to produce that much horsepower). I used a site to calculate how to do it ... it is possible if you ride along the ridge of the continents and skip Chinese waters. Thanks for the reply, you always have useful information on this channel.
How do you secure the yacht once you are done using it the day? Can the owner operate this yacht themselves? It is a great looking yacht. Great presentation.
You secure it by taking the keys with you, and being at a staffed marina. It's at the high-end of owner-operator skill but it's under 24m (loadline) so it's legal for non-professionals to operate. There are also two crew cabins. I suggest if you can afford this boat you can afford a captain, at least for the first few months. But a good captain will also keep an eye on the mechanics of this yacht. It's pretty high-spec space-age, you do not want to let something go wrong and have to fix it down the line; but you need a lot of experience to keep a big beast like this operational.
She was asking $7,495,000 at time of sale. Check out this article by yachting magazine that details all their findings from a 9X sea trial: www.yachtingmagazine.com/pershing-9x-reviewed/
❤️🔥if I pick up a couple extra shifts at work & sell a few things, think I can afford one of the barstools in the salon 😏‼️ Gorgeous Dream Yacht ‼️❤️‼️
Would have truly enjoyed a season with this boat but I am so far from water now with no plans of getting back to it in the near future. I absolutely love the boat and have for sometime but heads-up, a my year from now you won't be able to give one away! Enjoy them while you can!
omfg I need a lottery win , what a stunning work of art , beauty , finesse , power ,, loved the drone shots ( while it could keep up ) haha great stuff
We don't believe that nonsense here at Denison. When you have a dedicated service team like ours at your disposal, your entire boating experience will be as stress-free and fun as possible.
It’s a status symbol, just like the luxury watch I’m wearing while welding all day. The best part of having tons of money to spend is having tons of options in the world to spend it on… otherwise what’s the point? If I had the money to buy that boat at my disposal I would. The fact that it even exists makes me work harder to eventually achieve it, and if I never achieve it I will shake the hand of the person who did and congratulate them for owning a true masterpiece.
your telling me this 82 foot 5 million dollar boat only has a 1500 gal fuel tank??? 340 gal of fresh water?? 🤣🤣 OMG THATS PATHETIC. at 30 gal and hour you're out in 2 days!!!! and that's not even including the generators😅😆 I bet at full load they are burning OVER 200 gallons a hour . meaning this "ship" has a sub 400 nm range at full speed.
Beautiful outside, but the salon looks very cheap. The garage is small and not optimal. Flybridge should have a removable/retractable roof/sun shade. Big kitchen, but no countertop for preparing meals. In fact, this started on the wrong foot right from the very first minute when he said the drone couldn't keep up with the boat. That's because they used a cheap drone and that kind of talk is something we hear from a used car salesman. That gave the tone for this video...
Hey, Diablo. Thanks for the comment. No yacht is perfect by any means. The comment about the drone was meant to showcase the speed and performance of this vessel, which is the main factor differentiating Pershings from other yachts in its class. To each their own.
this the boat you let you friends friend borrow for a weekend because your so rich it hardly matters. THE ONLY people who would buy this are those who already have a small navy of luxury boats... if your rich. you get a nice boat.. if your richhhhhh you get a floating mansion. if your dummmy thicccccc you got this as your 5th boat in your collection
I've never understood people who have a bar on a boat. I mean, alcohol makes you feels like you're on a boat on dry land... does it give you a land effect on the water? Seems like just asking for trouble. A boat like this looks like it would just have a lot of coke mirrors everywhere instead. "The Wolf" is such a dbag name lol
it's dissapointing to see actually. The refinement and finishing touch are not in place. The corners of the plastic upper deck, quite functional in stead of curved in a way to integrate with the lines of the yacht. @3:25. Its o.k. but not impressive...
Beautiful vessel but why is this showing up in my recommendations lol I will never be able to afford something like this and I don't watch boating videos
We're happy the algorithm brought you here and we hope you at least enjoyed our walkthrough! Feel free to stick around and get a glimpse into the yachting world. We're here if you have any questions!
I will get a second job,Work extra overtime save everycent that i possable can for the rest of my life and one day i will be able to afford that griddle and sunbed lounge
okay I have figured it out the fantasy of a lifetime I want a boat like this kitted-out that you can live in it or that it forms like a third of your house then a house on a river connected to the ocean where you have the house and the boat working together as a living unit but you can leave on a cruise with the boat anytime and take the basic amenities with you to live on the boat when traveling. the boat must come with a motorcycle or a small vehicle for your travels including your jet Ski and so forth
Its a 6 bed room house built on a masaradi thats also a boat. Just put thrusters a life support system a self sealing outershell and we good to fly in the sky and in space.
I suppose, if my real boat was in the shop, this would pass for a weekend. Other then that, it would be a good "follow boat" for the security staff and other help. Just stay far enough behind us so no one knows we are together.
Excellent boat, and very good presentation. I liked ALL the cabins, even those of the crew. Large and bright. The only thing I would change would be to take out the bar, and replace it with a dining table. The boat is not big enough to have a bartender.
Welcome to the channel, Gary! Unfortunately we can't offer you a family discount, but send us a message on instagram and we'll send you out something even better!
This is a Class B yacht meaning it is not safely rated to withstand Oceanic voyage elements, and the range is nowhere near enough. But there are yacht "transport ships" who will move this between continents if that helps.
@@largec This is a standard yacht not a superyacht. This simply isn't a big enough vessel to trigger the "Large Yacht Code" (aka superyachts). That aside, there are class-A "blue water" standard-sized yachts that can tackle the oceans. Examples are Greenline OceanClass, Silent Yachts, Riviera, Flemming, Bering. But this is not among them. It's simply not designed to take the battering from the most severe storms and seas. And it doesn't have the range, even though it has pretty OK range.
Can this bad boy traverse the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean - especially with rough seas? If I was going to pay a pretty penny for a Yacht like this, then I should be able to go anywhere on the globe.
@@DenisonYachting If that is the case, then maybe it would be better, if I had the money, to buy a cargo ship built with a private deck for the owner, his/her family, and friends. That way, I could make some money while on vacation. Anything less than that is just a waste of money. Seems that the only people willing to buy such a boat are those long on money, appearances, status, and less on common sense, selflessness, and gratitude.
