Other persian food/snacks I really love as a persian: lavashak (it’s like rollups but better), ghorme sabzi (most delicious stew you’ll ever eat), zeresk polo ba morgh AND baghali polo ba mahiche (fancy foods you get at a wedding) fesenjoon (walnut and pomegranate stew with chicken), doogh (salty sour yoghurt drink), sohan (super sweet saffron toffee) It’s sweet how you took the time to learn the names of all the sides too

I'm persian(iranian) and let me tell you eating this in a persian way you should take a little bit of tomato an a bit of kebab put in rice and eat together. Pls try ghorme sabzi or zereshk polo morgh next time

Iranian food is famous of the crunchy bottom added with rice meal ... and sometimes they make it in special way that look like a piece of cake ... they use egg and yogurt together with rice to make that crunchy bottom

Persian food is similar to Turkish food, but you should try the adana kebab from a Turkish kebab restaurant, it's a bit spicy and i know you love spice.. The rice looked a bit dry though..

That IS rhe crunchy bottom rice, just how long did you keep it in the packaging? Did u reheat the food? It just lost its crunchyness because of steam. Did rhey use real saffron? 😉💕💕💕

They should have given you butter with Chelo Kabab too. So we put butter on the hot rice (Chelo) and we don’t eat kabab and rice separately. A bite of the kabab and grilled tomato with rice in one spoon. In irainian food culture unlike East Asians rice and other dishes are never eaten separately.
