Among the non-Iranians I have met, you are the first person who properly tests Iranian food. Others try everything separately, but you know that each spoon has to have some kebab, some tomato, and some rice, they all complement each other's taste.
Perfectly said man and with Albaloo polo and shirin polo there’s this explosion of flavors that just… oh lord it’s heavenly and I live in Pardis they don’t have those two😢😂

Visit Iran, a country with an 8,000-year-old civilization, a country where countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Oman, Bahrain, Yemen, Qatar, the UAE and Egypt were once one of the provinces. A country with many tourist attractions from mountains to the sea and desert and forests to new buildings or Persepolis of several thousand years and Chooghaznabil and many other places
best foods you tasted. you must taste kubideh with lemon. it becomes more tasty. I hope that the day will come when peace will be established and I will come to Iran and receive you personally there. مرگ بر خامنه ای دیکتاتور

Hope that some day we see you in Iran an see what is more fascinating than food . I mean the hospitality and the biiiiiig history ever on erth . Wish all the best of luck and helth ❤
Kudos to you man, I didn't expect you to go hardcore Persian (with Kaleh Pacheh) when I saw the title. But you blew my mind! I can't even get some of my friends to try the head stew, but you proved that you're a real foody!!! Right on!
Ah this is the best video I've ever seen! Someone actually easing it right! It's just different if you eat it the right way you won't believe how big of a difference it makes.
Fantastic reviews! Vancouver gets a lot of love for our Chinese and Japanese cuisine, but Persian restaurants definitely deserve more love. Thanks for featuring North Vancouver! PS. I can’t forgive you for letting out the secret of Crispy and Grab n Go. Crispy’s house special sandwich is the best!
try kuku(especially kuku sabzi), koofteh tabrizi, Ash, soupe khameh(creamy soup), Abgusht, Joojeh Kebab, Kebab Barg, Ghormeh Sabzi, Gheymeh, and Faloodeh Ice cream too and ask them to give you Tahdig all the time whenever you're ordering food with rice. Tahdig is very delicious when you're eating it alone or with your food Tahdigs can be made of potato or bread. both are delicious
Great video. I'd love to visit Canada/Vancouver at some point. I have always associated Canada with snow and cold weather, so it's surprising to see Stephan in T-shirt and shorts here!
That looks so good! I wanna try some day. Everything looks amazing and you’ve got a great personality, Keep it up! Great food tour video, I just uploaded a food tour video on my channel too!
Thank you very much for introducing the Sadra restaurant!!!! Everything we ordered was soooooooooooooo delicious!!!! I strongly recommend this restaurant as top three in Vancouver!
It's so good to see that you liked persian food 🇮🇷💖 those looks delicious 😍😍 I love to share our culture, history, food to the world 🌍🇮🇷❤️ سالم و تندرست باشی
Those foods are as delicious by themselves as you don't need to mix them. In iran we get koobideh in dishes and there's a huge piece of "sangak" bread under the kebab and it absorbs some juice of kebab . People can quick travel to heavens while they're byting it😍.
kaleh pache def needs limes and then when the soup is just left with some meat you put pieces of bread( just take some of that thin bread they give and cut it in pieces it becomes soft in the soup) in it and it becomes something we call ( TILIT) is like a soup with bread its so yum . wish they had these places in texas!
Hi. First thank you for showing these different places. I am super excited to see these. Next time you are planning to go to these places let me know and I would love to come show you how to eat some of those dishes.
@@stephaneats3944 how awesome! Thank you for doing those. Often people don't know much about Persian food. I personally sell Persian soups. Let me know and I'll happily join u.
Awesome video. Didn't see you put the sumac on your first two dishes! 😆👍...I drown my dishes in sumac. In Iran, they put ketchup on their pizzas as well.
Thank you for your good introduce of Persian food. Yeah.... I'm Persian and I must to tell you we have a lot of delicious Persian food from all city's of Iran so many tastes that you must try them. God bless you 😍👍👍👍👍
Your videos are getting better and better, I think you could go very far with this food vlog. Keep making awesome vids and I promise I will keep watching bro!
Really enjoyed your video ^^ also for halim we have it with sugar or salt, i prefer it with sugar :D if you wanted to try, cause most don't have it bland
u need to mix the bread with that juice from kale pache with lemon juice on top of it !! and eat the meat with bread aswell thats how it eats :D it is the first time i see an restaurant serve rice with tadig(bottom of the rice who is crispy) i never have seen any other restaurants serve it like this !! its nice i am loving tadig :D
As an Iranian, you present Persian Food great, to see more amazing Food, Culture, ancient places and meet one of the nice people in the world, come to Iran. Just Ignore what is being illustrated about Iran in Media.
You need to suggest to the owner of Sadra Restaurant to open a branch in Dallas texas , we don’t either have any good Persian food restaurant or the only one that is kind of OK is very expensive !( shiraz ) ! , I have eaten at Rumi restaurant in Atlanta which has the best service, best food , best atmosphere & Great price for a very high Quality food& customer service!
Iranian food the absolute best! Flavourwise and the way it's prepaired .. How dare he eat the rice tadih but not the best part with it the crispy potato????? I mean that is epic in itself to go with the tadih
