Vegetarian and healthy without compromising flavour! Try this recipe asap!
fresh herbs:
3oz fresh chives
3oz fresh parsley
3oz fresh dill
3oz fresh coriander/cilantro
3 medium-sized eggs
4 cloves garlic
3 tsp turmeric
3 tsp plain flour
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp walnuts
5 tbsp avocado oil
Finely chop your herbs, set aside. Combine all the ingredients besides the oil for frying. Fry in a pan for about 6-8 minutes on both sides. Serve with bread and tomatoes! It’s delicious!!!
