Persistence of Vision Clock (Lights Off) 

I constructed a persistence of vision clock that utilizes a microprocessor, an array of LEDs, a computer fan, and infrared sensors to display -- to our minds eye -- an analog clock. The outer ring of red are the second. Both the design and construction are original to me.
