This is HANDS DOWN the best teaching on prayer I’ve ever heard.. ever. It’s like I’ve had the ideas in my head about sovereignty and free will and about agreement with God but this teaching put all the pieces together. I’ve had a smile on my face throughout this entire video. Another point. Thank you for showing your “Pharisee side”. Lol. I’ve had many times where God did something but not the way I planned and I’ve said “why do you even need me?” It’s good to know everyone has those moments. I’m a sure that God led me to partner with your church these past years. Spirit Church is my church. I hope someday you come down close to Northwest Arkansas. I’d love to meet you in person. You’re are a true man of God and I consider you my brother. There’s so many teachers out there that teach out of their mind and not through the Holy Spirit like you. I love it! Keep it up. I have been so blessed by this channel. I started watching this channel like last week and I have really grown in the knowledge of the Holy Spirit. I started speaking in tongues in 2018 but I have been speaking in the same tongues but as I was listening to this channel my tongues were renewed and was refilled with the Holy Ghost. Praise God for you Pastor David. I was speaking with my wife about prayer the other day and I was asking exactly the same question: why do we pray for other people if God ultimately do what He does. A lot of people in our Country (Philippines) is suffering due to consecutive typhoons that hit us recently and so in spirit, I felt the need for prayer but at the same time, I was searching for answers. This video has confirmed that the Holy Spirit spoke to me during my conversation with my wife because I had a similar conclusion on what is the significance of prayer for other people and prayer in general: that we are not praying to move God, but we are praying to move along His will. We are not praying for other people so that God will bless and save them, rather, we are asking God: what should I do Lord to help them? Thank you so much for being used by God to confirm this in my heart!

He says “I am Your shield, Your exceedingly great Reward” and it makes sense. Holy Spirit is the Best Gift we have received. I continue to stand amazed at how He confirms the messages He gives me and this is another one of them! Thank You Jesus, I will be locking myself in the Secret Place of the Most High. I'm at a point in my life where I feel like giving up, I hv been praying for something for the past four years and it seems the more I pray the more it becomes worse and this year I desperately needed an answer but to no avail and so right now I'm just there, thank you for this teaching hopefully my faith will be stirred again..

I was molested at the age of 7, I never processed it as a teenager, or even as a young man. My walk with the Lord revealed to me that the moment I chose to never speak of, could very well be responsible for the mentality I developed towards sex, women, perversion, and sexual immoral endeavors, like Pornography. I was always worried what it could mean to my family..he was my Grandmother’s husband, my uncles father, and my mom loved him so much, unconditional love, always so grateful when he offered to help us in any way. Hello, I just started following your teachings this month of November and I have learnt and become aware of somethings concerning the spiritual life of a Christian especially the two types of prayers that keep you consistently in the depth of God's presence. Thank you for this teaching. I started pondering on this when someone who is a Calvinist told me that God is sovereign and we just need to leave it to Him to do all things. I have been saved long and I understand the power of prayer, but somehow this stayed with me and I couldn't bring it together. Do I move God because He loves me and hears my prayers or does He hear me and then does what He would have done anyway? God is so faithful in answering my questions through this video. We have been crying to God and there was great change but suddenly he changed again and he is staying away from home. I have a question because it is so confusing. Because one moment I hear the message to pray without ceasing , however I also to cast my worries onto him and to not take my problems back. Sometimes I even hear to pray and then just leave it alone and trust after that. So which one is it? It is so confusing sometimes for me. Can someone clarify or clear this up for me?
