In Persona 3 FES, Elizabeth can be challenged on New Game Plus, she will appear on the 10th Floor of Monad after accepting Request #55.
Ground Rules for this:
- This is a solo fight, if any party members are present Elizabeth will continuously use Diarahan and 9999 Megidolaon until the MC is killed.
- No Personas, accessories that block, repel, or absorb the element that she is going to use. The same rule applies to the three types of physical attack: Slash, Strike, and Pierce. Blocking Aliments though are allowed in this fight.
- No Armageddon unless it is the finishing blow, else she will continuously use Diarahan and 9999 Megidolaon until the MC is killed.
- Elizabeth will Diarahan the first time her health is dropped below 50% of her 20000 HP, subsequently she will use Diarahan whenever she drops below 30% of her 20000 HP.

- Thor (Elec)
- Cu Chulainn (Wind)
- Metatron (Hama)
- Alice (Mudo)
- Nebiros (Aliments)
- Masakado (9999 Megidolaon)

- Beside the Masakado turn, she can also use Slash attributed physical attacks that are labeled as Slash Attack, Strike Attack, and Pierce Attack. This ONLY applies to Vanilla Persona 3, and Persona 3 FES. Persona 3 Portable has Slash Attack, Strike Attack, and Pierce Attack correctly attributed according to their label.
