I'm really sad that this theme is not in the remake.. It's one of my favorite pieces of music in the entire series and I was little disappointed that they didn't include this song in the game.. I like the remake so far, but I do miss this beautiful piece.. :'(
I'm a grown-ass man and I still find myself getting teary-eyed at random times during social links in P4 and P5, even on repeat playthroughs. Because he allowed it to happen by saving all of mankind. It's what he wanted to see happen for others, just like it did for him.
This track reminds me of when I didn't know a thing about Persona 3, about a year ago... I even remember when I left a comment in the video of this track from your old channel, saying that I had a PS2 and all I needed was the game, and now I do have the game, it being one of my favorite games of all time.
Dude, I got P3 and P3:FES on launch day when they released. Words cannot describe how much I love these games. They gave me a whole new view on life and for that I'm very thankful. P3:FES is my favourite persona and SMT game (P5 Royal is a close 2nd). Shoji Meguro does not get the credit he deserves. His music is incredibly inspirational.
I remember downloading this video to listen the most important soundtrack in existense for me, had to do it in 240p because my internet is veeery bad, the video has been with me, passing from computer to computer, pendrives, and my phone to never let myself forget the feelings didn't even knew I had with this tune... When I tried to find this video a few months ago I couldn't find it, and the feeling I felt back then, knowing I had something not available anymore from the source I got it from, made me think that only a soundtrack like this could achieve such wistful feeling. Don't know what happened to your previous vids, but I'm happy to find this soundtrack again, with the same thumbnail it had years ago, and from the very same man that uploaded it. If we are here is because we know what Persona, specifically Persona 3 and this soundtrack mean to us, but, as we are used to say, you don't know how important this soundtrack is for me, so thanks, even without noticing nor expectating, you have been part of my life for 2 years now, although that last part sounds creepy xD, thanks a lot for this 15 minutes loop. goddammit, this theme always gets me a little choked up Persona 3 needs a proper remake or rerelease to everyone can experience this masterpiece Edit: I guess as an addendum. My dnd game just ended recently, no deaths, a happy ending for everyone. And as everyone was saying goodbye to each other, and finally retiring the characters we had played for so long, I queued up this song to send us out. So while yes thinking of p3 will always get me emotional, the exploits of Aror Leic, and the rest of the party will always prevail in my memory. And there was no better song to send off my best D&D character with.
I'm just picturing the Protag/FemC on the school rooftop laying down on Aigis' lap and Mitsuru just stopping in the middle of her speech to head over to you with the rest of the group.. jeez, it's so chilling. I love this song so much. It's beautiful, it's bittersweet and has so much meaning.
In 2023 it'll be ten years since I left high school. I'm gonna take the old route that I used to take to the school in the summer and play this on repeat and just let myself go back to then.......
I remember hearing this for the first time back in 2014. Had no idea how much of an impact this game would have on me after finishing it. It’s been a while since I listened to this and now all the emotions and memories just came flooding in. Everything about this is beautiful!

I would like to see a new track, but this is still such a banger that it would still be great. I think new music is good because it means more experiences to enjoy, although the existing music can be good too
The official soundtrack list has been released and unfortunately, this track is not listed. It seems likely that Reload will be using Aria of the Soul as the title theme like the original release of Persona 3 did.
@@mimileaks3480There’s that, but also there is the possibility of still using it as shown from Persona 3 Portable itself. It is not listed in P3P’s OST but the game still uses it, so it is still a possibility that it is in Reload as well.
I may have never played a proper Persona game, personally. But ever since I heard this theme being the title music for Sonic Robo Blast 2: Persona, I found it to be calming, Sonic looking towards where you're gonna be spending most of your time in the mod, Tartarus. It somehow fills me with a sense of respite and a feeling that even though the climb through Tartarus will be rough, I'll be okay after everything on the difficulty I played and most likely suffered on. I see it's beauty as the start of something legendary.
Listening to this theme is always so powerful, perhaps for many people this game was another rpg, but for me, it was something that helped me cope with a lot of stuff in my teenage years. I recall i loved this the very instant i started up the game, i sometimes would let the title screen stay a bit longer juat to listen to it, i hated i had to keep pressing a button so it wont go back to the intro lol... Then, after i finished the game i had to put it down for weeks, just hearing this theme made me all teary and sad. As i mentioned before i played it on some of my hardest years of my life back then, and i was so alone and felt so empty i clicked with mc instantly, funniest thing is how in the animation he was an apathethic douche, as i always saw myself, and in my game he was all i wasn't, a nice, caring and empathic friend lol. It's always nice to remember all that, and still be around. Tho, even after all those years, hearing this theme still hurts, in and outside of game lore. But i still love it, one of my favorite game themes in existence.
Oh the memories. Having just bought this, running home, booting it up and hearing this "beginning" only for it to, by the end, be one of the best games ever for me.
I always listen to this song at any point in my life, because it does give me hope throughout my new beginning outlook on life and to better days. As I get older in this world.
This and the original Dearly Beloved have got to be the most calming tracks in video game history. I seriously think I could soothe a panic attack if I listen to this loop for a while.
Can you imagine that in the remake they play the music from the original Persona 3 but after finishing the game and they send you to the menu this plays? It would leave an indescribable feeling for the player
Spoilers and that stuff When a youtuber that i like start playing this game when pc portable came out (is spanish so he couldnt play it before) download the game and start playing. I hate it, i couldnt resist the gameplay, so i stop playing (im a bit later when the cheerman die and Aigis turn evil and crusifie all party members), so now im waiting to this youtuber keep uploading more videos so i can watch the series with him, and makes me feel so sad, cuz im already been spoiled that "door-kun", (thats how the you like to call it, right persona 3 fans?) die at the end, 3/3, and that you can play with Aigis in some kind of epilogue. and that idea makes so sad, i cant wait to see what happend, how the protagonist die and that stuff, and this song makes me feel sad, think on that stuff. even tho i didnt like the game, i love the characters, i feel more conected to the persona 4 ones, thats the first game i played, but still, i loved Yukari and Aigis, i want to nothing bad happen to them, and think that they would feel the death of Makoto makes me sad, and i dont know how it will be yet. Im still wating to know why you can get again the axe of Shinji if he dies and you can have it anymore, that Black Aigis have an axe weapon and you can give to her?

The fact that there is STILL not a good way to experience Persona 3 on PC outside of emulating is honestly annoying. The half-assed port of the already worst version of P3 (Portable) isn't good enough, and even if the port wasn't a lazily done piece of shit, Portable was designed for a handheld in mind and just looks stupid on a TV or your PC monitor. We need a version of P3 that combines the best aspects of FES and Portable, or at the very least just a good port of FES. Come the fuck on Atlus. Edit: Also, fuck Reload. No FES content AND no FeMC (granted I hate her but still). Who wants to bet The Answer and FeMC will be sold as $60 DLC each down the line?
