you can easily cheese this by finding a huge room full of enemies with a teleport gate and use the teleport gate to reset the floor cus of the charm/buff we got from the fortune teller you will eventually run into a room full of golden hand which you can cheese it by use the teleport gate to reset the floor you can keep reset it untill it spawn a golden hand or a room that turn every single enemy in there into golden hand

A good video i didnt know about the fortune thing so it does help, this game always surprises me with the amount there is to do. Another thing i would like to add is hoarding as many SP boosts as you can because if you have more items to refill Sp you can just space out your tartarus runs to try and do one or two really long runs before each stopping point so you dont miss out on evening social links and at the beginning when you are trying to max your social stats.
When you sell all your items it wont sell any topaz, ore etc all the items you can use at the antique shop will always remain in your item box the only thing it sells are like the random stuff that really is only worth $$
She is available as soon as you enter to Escapade, I think the only moments that she can't read your fortune is when you can't enter tartarus or when a full moon is close to the date your are asking her to tell your fortune
If you buy the deluxe version they come with them OR in the playstation store there is a add on section you can buy them dont quote me but I think there like 10 bucks.
