Yes/no depending on how far in his journey door kun currently is at, At the beginning probably just groans and sarcastic "go get em" quotes but like door kun at the end of the game actually cares... For his social links and no one else he probably still grunts and say "go get em" to other characters that aren't his team members excluding yu cause... Probably another "wild card language" joke his quote for yu is "Kongo Tomo yoroshiku" or "I am in your care..." As the English translation and of course yu's quote for Makoto is "ME EAT YOU WHOLE..."

I think what makes Yu so loveable is that he’s genuinely a really sweet guy. Like he’ll always be there to support you even if you’re a scumbag like Adachi. People call him a chad and whatnot but I think he’s more of a kind hearted dork. He just has charisma to boot.

@@pablo-dr4gp one of the devs said the hot take that is they went "too far" with yu's personality in the spin offs so that's why joker is blander, and fans were kinda pissed lol. It doesn't take a genius to realise why outside of the base game yu is possibly the most liked mc and a fan favourite. Also they wanted joker to have an actual character but instead they went backwards

Strange, considering there were hints of this sort of personality present in the dialogue choices in the game, a massive dork with a slight sarcastic streak. Makoto was apathetic to a fault but clearly cared about his friends and teammates. Hamuko could range from being a bit of a wallflower to a stepford smiler genki girl. Joka was...less interesting, for sure, but gave off the vibes of someone who would stand up for anyone if they were being picked on, he was just the kinda guy to keep his head down.

I mean This game takes place after 3, FES & the events of Persona 4 Golden. And if you pay attention to Aigis Arcana in the game it’s The Fool. I love it so much attention to detail in literally every aspect.
