@@Djay_B They acted like this because they saw Kanji's shadow and although the shadow is nothing more than a part of you that rejects and wants to consume you in a "false self", even so they both keep in mind what Kanji's shadow was like. Even so, the point of the scene is to see a Kanji stating that he is not gay, but due to his phobia of women and his need to be accepted for having "girly" tastes, he had been confused with that topic.
@@Djay_B Not knowing about gay people in 2011 seems wild to me. At least from a US perspective, I was 17 then, living in a southern state, and not only did I have gay friends, but being viewed as gay was seen as a worrisome possibility among single dudes throughout my years in school. I'm not even a left-wing person, it's just gay people exist all over where they're allowed to. A society has to intentionally ignore them or ostracize them for them to be a foreign entity.
Does anyone else agree that chie needs a cook book or go to cooking classes after seeing her cooking made youske nearly puke and made the antagonist spit out the food and faint. Even in the animated version of this youske and the antagonist where uncomfortable ( and had to drink a glass of water to get rid of the taste apparently) to eat it
Yosuke's lines are different in japanese version. I don't know why they made this adjustment. The animation version of his lines were correct and I think that sounds more hilarious and funny and less serious, anyway just my personal opinion

All chars get roasted in the game in a way or another Yu included, Kanji wasn´t going to be an exception. Plus the one doing the roasting here is the one who obviously has a crush on is best friend.
