Lavenza is a secret boss you can fight In Persona 5 Royal she appears on New Game+ and can be found in Mementos between 1/14 to 2/2.
Lavenza is easily one of the toughest bosses in the game so my strategy was simple: Crit her as many times as possible and baton pass to joker who can spam OP Almighty skills. To raise my chance of hitting crits I equipped the Sword Dance Skill Card on all my teammates alongside Sumire’s Brave Step Support skill
In Phase 1 of the fight there is a 9 turn limit. Lavenza’s health is 5,000 and the goal is to bring it down to 4/5…. Myriad Truths came in handy
In Phase 2 you must inflict lavenza with a status ailment and hit a technical hit to advance. I took advantage of Kohryu who’s persona trait Universal Law increases technical damage by 50% making me pass that phase in one party turn
Phase 3 you must hit Lavenza with a critical attack.. if you don’t the fight is over. Thankfully Sword dance has a high crit rate
Phase 4 the last phase lavenza starts to attack you randomly in-between turns with her chainsaw. Kill her quickly…..
