Alright, this one's been in the works for a while. Much like the other mashups I made earlier, I liked the songs in Persona, but I thought many of them could be improved upon, especially the ones in Arena. I always thought it was a shame that the character themes in Arena were pretty cool, but less than two minutes long and pretty repetitive, so I decided to make my own. This is the result of that. There are a lot more songs on the way.
When I first started making these mashups, this is the kind of song I wanted to make. Everything in this fits well together to enhance the already good base songs. It doesn't feel like a bunch of songs stuck together but one brand new one. Even the title works very well. This is easily one of my favorites of the Persona 3 songs, fitting since Aigis is such an important character. The powerful rock backing really compliments the pretty calm and graceful singing. And the movie songs provide a lot of variation. It changes the sound without changing the meaning.
The songs used in this one are Heartful Cry as well as its Arena version, Master of Shadow, Brand New Days and Brand New Days -The Beginning-, Darkness, Because I Will Protect You, One Single Word, and Mode Orgia, making this, along with the last one, the only songs that used original music from the movies.
