I see what you did there, making the party tank a *literal* tank. Complete with fortified armor and a cannon.

One thing I would add is the shield master feat because the only thing that could make this more unkillable is a +3 to your dex saves and evasion.

the only change I would make is replacing one of the cantrips for guidance, I mean it's one of the best spells out of combat

True, and I really don't need Sword Burst, so I guess I'd change that.

Pare this with a ancestor guardian barbarian, and the party will never die. I did with a paladin as well we beat up a adult dragon at level 8 my DM now hates me.

I think that works better with a Paladin than an Artificer. Ancestral Guardian would help take some of the heat off the party, but I wouldn't be able to cast any spells while raging.
