While you relate the numeric digit to a planet, does it help if the planet's state in your horoscope is exalted/debilitated. eg: for personal number 1, will an exalted Sun behave differently than a debilitated Sun, also in the house that it sits in. Can both astro and numerology be linked in this way? Kindly guide.
