Great video. 👍Always have been looking at different personality theories, how no one is all encompassing and which could be combined into a "Unified Theory of Personality", so to speak. It's great to have a concise summary.
The theory is good but it says nothing about practice. Could you say how to apply this to know the personality of a person in front of you in 30 minutes?
@@gcrlucena41 I believe there is a positive correlation regardless. At least in regard to a tendency toward negative feelings , negative outlook and all that comes along with it like anxiety, depression, self-doubt, low self worth etc (neuroticism and extroversion on the OCEAN personality traits spectrum ). I do realize that attachment theory is an attempt at explaining relationship bonds and the tolerance to stress coping within the relationship . But I also believe that it has a lot to do with relationship to self , which to me it’s part of one’s individual personality . Personality is generally the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual's distinctive character.
