Good morning, sir. Please, I guess there is a mistake when you're computing for Senior Engineer(level 2 and 3). You made it as 4 and 5 thus increasing the total amount. It ought to be 84,350.

Hi, what if someone is on step 5 already (which is the last step) How do we compute for them?

Since step five is the last step, employee living that step is deemed to be promoted to the next grade level

The adjustment you made to the Artisan grade 1. Under step 4, after adding the number of employee and discovered that is more than 34. Why don’t you adjust the number of employee on step in of step 4.
