If any private oragnization not following the new labour code then where we can file complaint against them , because related to salary they implemented the new labour code but for working hour they not following the law. Please let me know

Labour such as an asset for our economy to support and achieve the goal of 5 trillion economy... I believe this labour cord helps to workers to provide fair wages with satisfaction of working hours

Labour is a new asset which can drive our nation toward becoming a 5 trillion economy in the upcoming years, the new labour code which is an amalgamation of 29 labour laws we had. This code has been divided into 4labour laws, in which it talks about, social, security, minimum wage, health, and working hours of the labour. Although previous laws had a good provision, but change is required as per the time, these laws are very old to deal with the present challenges of labour, we are in the 4 industrial revolution and in the upcoming year our countries drives through 5G technology. The new 4 labour code almost covers every aspect of the area, but despite of having good laws we are lacking in delivering at the grassroots level, we are something missing in the awareness about the law in the labour community. The reason behind this is most of the labour force are working in the informal sectors where we lack of specific data, and another reason is most of them illiterate and 3rd one is they are not paid for equal work for equal pay, most of the cases they are exploited In terms of gender. So what can be the best-suited path for our labour community to tackle all the challenges? Some of the steps need to be required from the govt side like we have to collect all the data about labour in the informal sector, 2nd awareness campaign about the laws, 3rd strengthening labour status in the society, 4th adoption of best practices in the world. All the possible solutions will streamline our labour force with the path of development.

Will the situation change by removing the new lebour code , nothing will change, senior people will still walk on their own volition. The senior people above the manager's level and upper , they get transferred at their own will to their nearest place while the junior employees people below them are slammed away for transfer.... People above the manager senior and upper level would take the transfer at location at will by misusing their power position while the junior people employees below him are visited for long distance transfer and fired from the company.

exactly. they could not safeguard workers interest in 8-9 hours of work and working condition how would they keeps tab on this. infact they are legalizing 12 hour of work. A worker will have to work for 12 hours and more if he is not able to complete task. what about health issues due to streched hours of work??? Modi works 23 hours to zabardasti thori sab kare sabko family bhi dekhna. Bahar ke desho me on time logout hota yaha ka kya?? 8-9 ghante bolke 12 ghante karwate kaam to 12 ghante bolke to Jaan lelenge.
