People believe anything and everything. Their beliefs cause resistance to you and your message. Today you see how to deal with resistance. Instead of resistance you want ATTACHMENT to occur. I sold a digital camera worth 1940 €, yesterday using the "attachment" thingy. A guy came in looking at these cameras, I saw him and asked him if he wants me to open the display case so he can see them up close .... He did ... so I opened the display case he held it in his hands. I asked him if he was a pro what he did and so on .... he liked the camera so he bought it. Did I mention I know next to nothing about digital cameras? I asked this customer and according to him what he bought was top notch. Lucky for me he was a pro photographer so that made it easy.

I think I'm taking the same class. 1 is "the puppy dog close" when you let people get the full experience when you want them to buy something 2 the Endowment Effect is when you let people hold the thing you're trying to sell them Hope it helps

The Endowment Effect explains why people tend to value things more when they possess them. The Puppy Dog close is a relatively universal experience that occurs when people accept something in their life (a new spouse, a new pet, a new car) that they wouldn't have agreed to without a trial/test period of a few days. What course are you taking?

kim goh How about a free trial? My brother gave me few omega 3 supplement pills to try it out. I started taking them and doing some research ... now I might actually start taking them. My brother did the same thing with exercising ... he got me to do it once or twice then I started doing it by myself. Do an experiment with free trials and record results. See what happens.
