this is footage of me from the last couple of years, shot in Perth. It shows some of the great spots that we have to train at, here in Perth. I figured that I should do something with it so here it is. I had been training parkour for a long time before any of this video was shot. If you don't know much about the discipline of Parkour you can find out more here: parkourpedia.com/ if you are interested is starting Parkour you can look up classes in your area.
