@waichhang If it is Peruvian territorial waters or EEZ, then coast guards can force them out. Peruvian coast guards detain peruvian fishing boats cuz they hang Peruvian flags and under its jurisdiction.
You have to protest, you can't let Malaysia suck up to China like this! They even let China make and man a port, in Malaysian land, with Chinese soldiers!
Thats how its been for nearly all of history. China has nearly always been the dominant nation, and all the neighboring nations have to live under its thumb.
I like your idea, accident really happen at sea specially if the radios off cause you can warn them that the ship lost control and just happen the Chinese ship is on your way.
Or send in a few SEALS to put the tanker and the fish processing ship on the seabed. Once those two are sunk the other fishing boats will be forced to leave. The CCP endorses the raping of the world's oceans, which will cause a global marine life collapse, so sending a message that it is not tolerable is the only choice.
Yeah lets murder all the innocent workers aboard the ships who are just trying to make a living to survive. Lets not instead go after the companies and government that are causing the issues. Disgusting attitude.
@@misterbig9025 Nothing, since many nations there don't have a stable Navy. Malaysia I think and Singapore have some Naval power. China slowly takes over many of the smaller islands in the South China/West Philippines sea and build military installations to essentially verify that the territory is technically theirs. Heck they even went around and sent a research ship to a reef that is actually controlled by the Philippines on the Philippines Sea to check it out since the area has alot of untapped resources.
Didn't you hear what the narrator said? There's nothing they can do to stop it. Just catch their own countrymen for what the Chinese do at 100x scale. Don't you get it? Just stop resisting.
@@crappycomputer77t1 no, they aren't willing to use force. That's a whole different thing. You think they would risk having their ships destroyed if they knew they would open fire.
@@awsome6589 Indonesia blew up every ship caught illegally fishing in Indonesian waters. Then China tried sending their Navy to escort the fishing fleet. The president sent warships and jets to chase them away. China is a bully and a coward. They only respect force.
This is absolute madness. I can’t believe they just get away with it. International crisis, not only breaking the law, invading boarders, depletion of another countries economic future. Good god, the audacity.
They come as far as the southern tip of the African coast........ Decimating and hoarding everything in their path. Depriving locals from their livelihoods. Chinese fishermen are cruel and need to be treated with impunity.
Thanks to China the rest of the world will eventually learn to unite..More power to Peru. Respect and love from the Philippines..this is our everyday ordeal here.
The problem is that is not illegal they're international waters not in Peruvian waters and outside of the economic exclusion zone you can't just go around sinking boats in international waters.
You keyboard warriors don’t understand situation rn? The moment we sink em, it’s an act of war, not everyone is as powerful as america, and america is fallin
We need to protect the oceans 🌊 from unsanctioned fishing. It’s great to know people are working to together to have law on order on the open seas. Keep up the great work guys. 💪🏼💪🏼
It's about freaking time, that B/S is being called attention to, over chinas "Spineless" ways. "SO MUCH FOR SAVING FACE" One needs to have some form of self respect, before expecting RESPECT! I've tried bringing attention to the cancer which China is internationally. Hopefully this is the beginning of attention. P/S, this very video just popped up an "Add", For a Chinese company selling stolen"intellectual property", at cheap prices"!! I reported the add as "inappropriate "
Protect your fish Peru the Chinese don’t care they fished all there fish without thinking of conserving there fish they destroyed there fishing areas don’t let them destroy yours
This is one of the most important crucibles of ocean life & needs to be protected at all costs, I suggest you adopt the same disrespect for life they have adopted & sink every last one with all hands or they will be back.
they have destroyed their fishing stock in their waters, now they are coming to latin america to do the same, they won't dare to come to north america waters because they know the USA will kick them out asap.
@@YOZOYYOZOY U don’t know anything. In a year is only three months colluded fishing liquids in Latin America. Most of the time is in North American which is closed to US. How dear they are? Because all the fishing activities are legal. Stop being fooled.
@@rickv9180 torpedos are too expensive to waste on that floating rust buckets. Easy thing to do would be to set up a radio jammer so they can't call for help, then hit the ship with a hail of high caliber shots and let it sink. They are not chinese. We may not be able to judge without the papers but they definetely don't look like chinese. Do your research what's the difference between Philippines and Chinese by looking.
Arrest the crews of all the Chinese vessels, confiscate the ships permanently and dump the fish. If the Chinese want their people and ships back, make them pay through the nose.
@@soothingsoundvideos knowing how deep in debt to china we are and the way most of our infrastructure is sponsored and proposed by china, its not really a surprise
It is because The Chinese fishing vessels was doing legal fishing. The Peru fishermen was doing the illegal fishing which they catch shark, sea lions and dauphin.

Also, the US would not like it at all if China or another major power threatened any country on the American continent.
@waichhang I ain't spreading lies, but if your this nieve that you don't understand how other people work ,how countries address each other and what a countries leading party is commonly called then you shouldn't be on the internet
The thing is they only sneak into territorial waters when they think there is no coast guard nearby. So they were on the edge but not in Peru's territory in most of the video. Therefore "legal". We need to limit fishing in international waters.
The Chinese E Army will soon be here in the comments to let us know that our eyes are deceiving us and that these are really Japanese and Australian fishermen.
They've already depleted the fish from their fishing grounds now they want to deplete the fish from the rest of the world just tell him sorry we got to sink your ship
They would probly claim Peru ocean territory was ones part of China's empire 😂.. The whole world need to gather and say enough is enough with these Chinese violations..
@@evergreen2675 they do fish in sovereign waters but retreat to international waters at the sight of patrols. They should be boarded, have the crews detained and prosecuted and their ships confiscated
So we are talking about a fleet of 200 Chinese fishing ships, but all we see is one tanker, which the country of origin is unclear. So all there is is the talks, we see no fishing boats other than the local ones. And looking at how far China is to Peru, the story becomes more and more ridiculous.
@Carmine Dingle If it was a Chinese fish ship they would have directly said it. But no, it was only implied. It could even be a stock video. You see the subtle trick they used there?
@Carmine Dingle Think about it. If it is really a Chinese fishing ship, wouldn't they have followed it until daylight to film it, so we can see more clearly on the markings of the ship?
I was actually quite surprised when I found out that China was interfering in Peruvian waters. I only really heard of China interfering with their own neighbors in Asia.
When you go into a grocery store or warehouse club and they have the frozen bulk seafood packages from China tell the store manager they are fueling illegal fishing by selling that product.
Sink the factory and confiscate the tanker. If I go fish for leisure I can get a ticket for not having a license but china can fish whatever and wherever? I think this needs to change.
That’s because they can. Who is policing them? They are allowed to get away with thieving in many different environments. We need a leader with some backbone to tell them enough is enough (and then I woke up!)
We need to expand the 200 miles law to 1000 miles, or 2000, at least when it comes to fishing rights, The Pacific Ocean is huge, 200 miles makes sense for most seas, that are surrounded by islands and other landmasses, but its nothing on the open ocean like that. Specially when it comes to the new tactics with the tankers and boat factories allowing constant production.
Problem is the Pacific extends to Chinas marine border. So China too would have 800 extra miles they could claim and that would definitely conflict with other nations.
@@joepapa71 Those miles stop when they come into conflict with other nations, its not "open seas" in that case. China or any other nation would have to split it with their neighbors if there is conflict.
