Looks like a dope offensive formation, one that would make sense with a strong squad. My two best formations have been a 4-1-4-1 (CMF, AMF, L/RMF) counter attacking with a deep defense and spreading out for passes. 4-1-2-1-2, very narrow (CMF X2, AMF, SS+CF) for a possess based style with players that can kick out wide, very high line. Sometimes I'll swap a fullback for a DMF for 3-2 at the back
