*Hey Bro, my Rank is 5781 and I have rural quota, according to previous year cut off, I am getting CS in PES(RR campus) in second round (cut off was 7736), but as per my knowledge and according to what I heard BMSCE is a bit better than PESU, but BMSCE CS cut off was 3011 in all the 3 rounds for rural, so what shall I do? Should I pick PESU in 2nd round, or should I wait till 3rd round hoping for BMSCE?*
