Ironically there isn't one used in this track. Check out almost anything by LTJ Bukem or most early releases on his Good Looking label, most of them use an Amen break. It's the drum break sampled from The Winstons' "Amen Brother" and is aguably the most important, and most sampled, drum break ever. Especially in the Jungle / Drum & Bass scene.
