The worst is when people say will you meet me half way when they live like 2 hours away... yeah like I'm gonna drive an hour from home (2 hours round trip) just to possibly have you not show up to buy something.

If one low balls you of your price and claim they find a better deal, then why do they even bother with you selling something. In the first place.... the best for one to know what to buy and when is gathering all your options first before responding to one selling.. it will help to know exactly whether that's the item you will buy or not..

I usually check out their profile , if they are blank profiles I don’t even bother

I think they’re trying to decide if they want it or not, so they think by communicating back and forth they are, in a sense, “holding it.”

I have seen on Facebook,do not ask if it is still available.

Ask the buyer to meet you at the nearest gas station and when they get there to give you hollar!

I sell on marketplace and this happens to me all the time it’s very annoying

Same in Germany. Ebay "buyers" are even worse. Canceling an appointment in the very last minute.

These people waste time "negotiating" something that they know from the beginning they won't buy, my God. Therapy needs to be publicized.

You should only deal with that drama if you're desperate.

I had someone ask me to deliver a fridge to them in San Bernardino and I drove from Redlands. When I got there they said nevermind lol. Never again will I ever be nice and "deliver" even with a fee. Also if possible don't do meetups at your home. If something goes wrong with the item they may come to your home and harass you or even stuff more serious. I too can't stand when people say "is this available" then never hear a thing back.

When people try to low ball I just reply with are you sure you don’t want it for free?

people have become very non-committal. The same goes for agreeing to come to a party and then cancelling at the last minute.

Everyone's broke I'm tellin ya everyone's broke they want to lowball and resell or just capitalize on the buyer's market because the economy is weak and people are desperate to get cash.

My biggest pet peeve is when a healthy grown man doesn't have a job! I'm praying 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 that you find one asap !!!
